I ove godine će svi ljubitelji ovog slatkokiselog voća moći sebi da priušte pra- vo uživanje za sva čula. Mi vam predstavljamo pet jesenjih grožđebala, a vi treba samo da izaberete koji ćete da pose- tite i prepustite se uživanju. ENJOYMENT FOR ALL THE SENSES Festivals dedicated to the grape harvest and wines are held across the whole of Serbia every autumn. There the people dance, sing and eat well, but also enjoy wines and unusual grape varieties. And once again this year, all lovers of this sweet-tangy fruit will be able to indulge in this real enjoyment for all the senses. Here we present to you five autumn grape harvest balls, and all you have to do is decide which ones to visit and indulge in the pleasure.
Smederevska jesen U staroj srpskoj prestonici, gra- du na Dunavu, od 1. do 5. septem- bra održava se Smederevska jesen. Na manifestaciji koja je posveće- na berbi grožđu i vinu možete vi- deti i povorku kostimiranih sred- njovekovnih vitezova u odorama i dvorskih dama u raskošnim kosti- mima. Smederevska jesen je prvi put održana davne 1888. godine na gradskom pristaništu. Trajala je nekoliko dana i ceo grad je bio na nogama, uz muziku i veselje, što je s vremenom, uz kraće pau- ze, preraslo u tradiciju.
Smederevo Autumn The old Serbian capital city on the Danube hosts the Smederevo Autumn Festival from 1 st to 5 th Sep- tember. At this event, which is dedi- cated to the grape harvest and wine, you can watch a procession of cos- tumed medieval knights in uniform and court ladies in lavish costumes. The first Smederevo Autumn Festi- val was held on the city’s wharf way back in 1888. It lasted for several days and got the whole city to its feet, with music and joy that has gradually, with short breaks, grown into a tradition.
Karlovačka berba grožđa Od 17. do 19. septembra u jedinstvenom ambijentu Srem- skih Karlovaca održava se Karlovačka berba grožđa. Na ovoj trodnevnoj manifestaciji, uz izložbu grožđa i vina, organizuje se i proglašenje najboljeg vinara Karlovaca. Karlovac Grape Harvest The Karlovac Grape Harvest festival, in the extremely unique ambience of the town of Sremski Karlovci, will be held this year from 17 th to 19 th September. This three- day event includes an exhibition of grapes and Karlovac wines, as well as the proclamation of the best Karlovac winemaker.
Župska berba Od 17. do 20. septembra u Aleksandrovcu će se odr- žati Župska berba. Ovaj festival vina specifičan je po tome što se u centru Aleksandrovca pravi Vin- ska ulica i fontana vina iz koje se četiri dana besplat- no služi vino. Župa Harvest The Župa Harvest is held in Aleksandrovac from 17 th to 20 th September. This wine festival is specific be- cause a Wine Street and a wine fountain are creat- ed in Aleksadrovac city centre and serve free wine for four days.
