Prirodno dobro jesti („Natürlich gut essen“) ozna- ka je namenjena bečkim gastronomima koji žele da unaprede ekološku ponudu hrane i pića u svojim lo- kalima. Restorani sa oznakom Prirodno dobro jesti koriste organske, lokalne i sezonske namirnice za pripremu svojih jela, kao i životinjske proizvode sa oznakom humanog tretmana. U okviru programa grada Beča EkoBiznis Beč („Oe- koBusiness Wien“) ugostiteljska preduzeća dobijaju finansijsku podršku i savetovanje u vezi sa upotre- bom namirnica koje se proizvode na ekološki i održiv način. Nakon uspešnog završetka programa ostva- ruju pravo na oznaku Prirodno dobro jesti . U zavi- snosti od ispunjenosti kriterijuma, oznaka se deli na zlatnu, srebrnu i bronzanu. Preduzeća koja se nalaze na listi pružaju aktivan doprinos očuvanju životne sredine i dobrobiti životi- nja, a među njima se mogu naći kafane, nagrađivani restorani, kiosci sa brzom hranom, veganski resto- rani i vinarije. GASTRONOMY AND ECOLOGY Naturally good to eat

Natürlich gut essen (Naturally good to eat) is a la- bel intended for Viennese restaurateurs wanting to im- prove the ecological offer of food and drinks at their restaurants. Restaurants with the label “Natürlich gut essen” use organic, local and seasonal ingredients to prepare their dishes, as well as animal products labelled as having been treated humanely. As part of the Austrian capital’s OekoBusiness Wien (EcoBusiness Vienna) programme, catering and hospi- tality companies receive financial support and advice related to the use of ingredients produced in an envi- ronmentally friendly and sustainable way. Following their successful completion of the programme, these companies earn the right to use the label “naturally good to eat”. The label is divided into gold, silver and bronze categories, depending on the fulfilling of cer- tain criteria. The companies included on the list contribute ac- tively to environmental preservation and animal welfare, and among their ranks can be found taverns, award-win- ning restaurants, fast food kiosks, vegan restaurants and wineries.
