S ve su oči uprte u Rusiju, čeka se zvižduk za start i može da počne mesec u kojem će uživati ljubitelji najvažnije sporedne stvari na svetu. Neki će imati sreće da odle- te do Rusije ( Er Srbija leti do Moskve i Sankt Peterbur- ga), koja je od 14. juna do 15. jula domaćin Svetskog prvenstva u fudbalu, najvećeg sportskog takmičenja čiji će učesnik biti i reprezentacija Srbije. Otvaranje Mundijala i finale su u Moskvi, i samo će se u prestonici igrati na dva stadiona: Lužnjiki (ka- pacitet 81.000 mesta) i Otkritije arena (45.360). Naši orlovi će igrati sa Kostarikom 17. juna u Samari, pet dana kasnije protiv Švajcarske u Kalinjingradu i za kraj takmi- čenja u E grupi sa Brazilom 27. juna u Moskvi. Moskvu smo vam već predstavili u prošlom izdanju Elevejta , a sad je vreme da upoznate mesta koja će u narednih mesec dana biti u cen- tru svetske pažnje. ll eyes are fixed on Russia, as we await the blowing of the whistle to mark the start of the month that will be enjoyed the most by lovers of the most important unimportant thing in the world. Some will be fortunate enough to fly to Russia (Air Serbia flies regularly to Moscow and Saint Petersburg), which from 14 th June to 15 th July hosts the world’s biggest sporting competition – the 2018 FIFA World Cup – which this time will also feature Serbia. The World Cup’s opening ceremony and final are to take place in Moscow, while the capital is the only city to have two stadiums that will be used for the tourna- ment: Luzhniki Stadium (capacity 81,000) and Otkritie Arena (45,360). Serbia’s “Eagles”will play against Costa Rica in Samaria on 17 th June. Five days later they will take on Switzerland in Kaliningrad, before ending their Group E fixtures with the tie against Brazil in Moscow on 27 th June. We introduced you to Moscow in the previous edition of Elevate, so it’s now time to familiarise you with the places that will be at the centre of world attention over the coming month.
