THE MOST BEAUTIFUL LOVE STORY NAJLEPŠA LJUBAVNA PRIČA
Od davnina se verovalo da rode dono- se sreću, plodnost i prosperitet porodici, pa su ih ljudi ohrabrivali da se gnezde na nji- hovim domovima. Danas u Srbiji ima sela u kojima gotovo da nema krova bez gnez- da. Zato svakog proleća željno čekamo da nam se sa dalekih putovanja vrate naše ro- de, žive i zdrave. Ovog proleća ceo Balkan je sa strepnjom očekivao Klepetana, a najviše njegova Ma- lena. Zbog polomljenog krila ona ne leti u toplije krajeve, a svog dragog čeka već 15 godina. Klepetan je prvi put ovog proleća kasnio iz Južnoafričke Republike i svi su strepeli da mu se na tom putu nešto straš- no desilo. Kada se konačno vratio, nisu mu se obradovali samo njegovi u Brodskoj Va- roši u Hrvatskoj već čitav Balkan, koji ovu divnu ljubavnu priču prati toliko godina. Kad sletite u Srbiju, podignite pogled, male rode već polako uče da lete, a vi pu- stite svoje srce da poleti sa njima.
It has been believed since ancient times that storks bring families happiness, fertility and prosperity. That’s why people encouraged them to make their nest on top of their homes, such that in Serbia today there are villages where there are almost no roofs without these nests. That’s also why each spring we eagerly await the return of our storks, alive and well, after their journey to faraway lands. This spring the entire Balkans anxiously awaited one Klepetan, and most of all his Malena. Due to a broken wing, she no longer flies to warmer climes for winter, and she has waited for her beloved every spring for 15 years. This spring was the first time that Klepetan had been late in returning from South Africa, and every- one was worried that something terrible might have happened to him on that journey. When he finally re- turned, it was not only the residents of his hometown of Brodski Varoš in Croatia who rejoiced, but the entire Balkans, where this wonderful love story has been fol- lowed for many years. So, when you land in Serbia, turn your gaze skywards to see the young storks slowly learning to fly, and release your heart to fly with them.
