E S / A S PITANJA ZA DINU LALOVIĆ KOPILOTA THREE QUESTIONS FOR FIRST OFFICER DINA LALOVIĆ 3 O čemu kopilot sve mora da vodi računa? – Kopilot je zadužen da zajedno s kapetanom obezbedi siguran let. To podrazumeva pripremu dokumentacije, upoznavanje sa karak- teristikama aerodroma, pregledanje vremenskih uslova, poznavanje performansi aviona i još mnogo toga. Otkud ljubav prema letenju? – Oduvek sam volela letenje. Još od detinjstva sam kao putnik sedela u kokpitu i maštala da se jednog dana i ja nađem na jednom od ta dva komandna sedišta. Moj profesionalni put odveo me je pr- vo na Fakultet organizacionih nauka, a po završetku studija odlučila sam se za drugi smer u karijeri. Tada sam se osmelila i upisala pilot- sku akademiju. Po završetku akademije konačno sam dobila priliku da se bavim ovim, za mene najlepšim poslom na svetu. Sa kakvim predrasudama i komentarima ste se susretali u karijeri samo zbog toga što ste žena? – Moja karijera na ovoj poziciji je tek počela i do sada nisam pri-
UNAPREĐENJE USLUGE NA LETOVIMA
Od 20. jula unapređena je usluga koju pružamo na našim letovima na kojim je dostupna prodaja na letu. Osim ma- le flaše vode, putnicima se na svim letovima, osim na pre- kookeanskim, umesto dosadašnjih grickalica, popularnih „ribica“, služe noblice, keks toto ili čips. Koji od ovih proi- zvoda će biti poslužen putnicima, zavisiće od tipa aviona, dužine tra- janja leta i
vremena poletanja.
Proizvodi su upakovani u brendirana pakovanja sa logoti- pom Er Sr- bije .
ER SRBIJA U KAMPANJI EASA Er Srbija se pridružila kampanji EASA pod nazivom #no- tonmyflight, koja ima za cilj povećanje bezbednosti i udob- nosti letova u smislu zabrane ukrcavanja na let putnicima sa neadekvatnim ponašanjem koji bi mogli da izazovu ne- rede, koji uznemiravaju druge putnike ili na bilo koji drugi način utiču na sigurno i normalno putovanje avionom. Od sredina jula logo Er Srbije pridružen je ostalim avio-kom- panijama i aerodromima koji su podržali kampanju EASA #notonmyflight. IMPROVEMENT OF INFLIGHT SERVICES Air Serbia has – as of 20 th July – improved the onboard ser- vices provided on ights that have available the buy-on-bo- ard service. On all non-longhaul ights, besides a small bottle of water, passengers can now receive“Noblice”cookies,“To- to”cookies or crisps, instead of the former snacks oered – the popular“Ribice”. Which of these products will be served to pa- ssengers is dependent on aircraft type, ight duration and de- parture time. The products are packed in branded packaging featuring the Air Serbia logo.

What are all the things that a First Ocer has to handle? - The First Ocer is re-
sponsible, along with the captain, for ensuring a safe ight. This implies preparing paperwork, familiarisation with airport characteristics, reviewing weather conditions, having an awareness of aircraft performance, and much more. Where did your love for ying come from? - I’ve always loved ying. It was back in childhood, as a passenger, that I rst sat in a cockpit and imagined someday nding myself in one of those two com- mand seats. My professional journey rst took me to the Faculty of Organisa- tional Sciences, and it was only after completing my studies that I decided to pursue another career direction. I then plucked up the courage and enrolled in the pilots’ academy. Upon completion of my studies at the academy, I nal- ly got the opportunity to do this job, which is for me the most beautiful job in the world. What kinds of prejudices and comments have you faced in your ca- reer to date simply due to you being a woman? - My career in this position has just begun, and so far I haven’t noticed prej- udice from anyone because I’m a lady. For now I’ve encountered compliments, words of praise and encouragement. My family, friends and colleagues have al- ways believed in me and provided me with great support, which meant a lot to me in realising my dreams.
AIR SERBIA JOINS EASA CAMPAIGN
Air Serbia has joined the campaign of the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) entitled #notonmyight, which aims to increase safety and comfort on ights by preventing the boarding of unruly travellers who could cause disruption, harass other passengers or otherwise impact negatively on a ight’s safe and regular travel. As of mid-July, the Air Serbia lo- go has joined those of other airlines and airports supporting the EASA campaign #notonmyight.
