U susret prazničnoj sezoni Er Srbija pokreće promotiv- nu akciju u okviru koje će putnicima deliti besplatne povrat- ne avio-karte. Svaki stoti putnik koji u periodu od 1. do 27. decem- bra kupi avio-kartu putem svog re- gistrovanog profila na sajtu www. airserbia.com dobija dodatnu be- splatnu povratnu avio-kartu do že- ljene destinacije, i to nakon što tač- no odgovori na pitanje koje mu stigne na imejl. Dobitnici će po- klon karte moći da iskoriste u peri- odu od 5. januara do 15. juna 2019. godine. Er Srbija nedavno je u pot- punosti obnovila svoju zvaničnu veb stranicu, koja posetiocima pru- ža još bolje personalizovano digi- talno iskustvo i lakšu navigaciju. Nov sajt pruža efikasnu korisnič- ku podršku i čini još jednostavni- jim proces onlajn rezervisanja ka- rata. W ith the holiday season approaching, Air Serbia will be launching a promotional campaign during which it will give away free round-trip tickets to passengers. Every hundredth passenger who purchases a flight ticket in the period from 1 st to 27 th December using their registered account at www.airserbia.com will receive a free round-trip ticket for a desired destina- tion provided they correctly answer a question sent by email. The winners will be able to use their tick- ets in the period from 5 th January to 15 th June 2019. Air Serbia recently completed the redesign of its official website, which now offers visitors an even bet- ter personalised digital experience and easier nav- igation. The new website offers efficient customer support and makes the process of booking tickets online even simpler. On the homepage, visitors can immediately learn more about special offers, fares and packages, as well as the Serbian national air- line’s ancillary services. The holiday promotional campaign is just one in a series of surprises that Air Serbia has planned for registered users of its website. Serbia’s national air- line will continue to carefully listen to the needs and suggestions of its passengers in the period ahead, and to improve the quality of its services in accord- ance with them, as well as rewarding passengers who place their trust in the airline.
