Dear passengers,

KAKO BISMO ISPRATILI TRENDOVE NA GLOBALNOM nivou i pružili vam korisničko iskustvo najvišeg kvaliteta, prethodnih godinu dana intenzivno smo radili na proce- su digitalizacije. Aktuelna situacija sa pandemijom samo nas je dodatno usmerila ka onlajn kanalima kao bržem i efikasnijem, a ujedno i bezbednijem izboru. Nova etapa našeg digitalnog putovanja starto- vala je u julu 2020. godine. Tada smo vam omogući- li preuzimanje beta verzije nove mobilne aplikacije, ko- ja je brojne funkcionalnosti učinila dostupnim putem samo nekoliko klikova na mobilnom uređaju – prija- vu na let (ček in), skeniranje pasoša, preuzimanje kar- te za ukrcavanje i mnoge druge. Omogućili smo vam da se bezbedno i bez fizičkog kontakta prijavite na let do željene destinacije za samo nekoliko minuta, čuva- jući pritom kartu za ukrcavanje u aplikaciji kako bi vam uvek bila pri ruci. U septembru prošle godine aplikaciju smo učini- li dostupnom i za sve mobilne uređaje sa iOS opera- tivnim sistemom, a uveli smo i opciju kupovine karata kao na veb-sajtu. Od samog početka rada na apli- kaciji primenjivali smo pristup postepenog dodava- nja funkcionalnosti u skladu sa povratnim informaci- jama koje smo dobijali od vas. Pružili smo vam priliku da nas putem aplikacije obaveštavate o problemima u trenutku kada se dese, kao i da nam šaljete predlo- ge za nova unapređenja, što je posebno značajno jer vaše potrebe predstavljaju naš apsolutni prioritet. Uspeh naše mobilne aplikacije najbolje ilustruju brojke – više od 40.000 zadovoljnih korisnika i pro- sečna ocena od preko 4 na Gugl plej storu i 5 na Ep storu . Digitalizacija poslovanja dovela je do unapre- đenja korisničkog iskustva i značajnog rasta onlajn prodaje avio-karata. Tokom prvih šest meseci 2021. godine čak 44 odsto udela u ukupnoj prodaji ostvari- li su onlajn prodajni kanali Er Srbije – aplikacija i unap- ređeni veb-sajt. Ohrabreni pozitivnim reakcijama, nastavljamo sa daljim razvojem naših digitalnih platformi. Već to- kom ovog meseca očekuju vas uzbudljivi noviteti na tom polju. U tom duhu dočekujemo i osmi rođendan 26. oktobra, ponosni što skoro celu deceniju letimo na krilima tradicije, dok naše motore pokreću konstan- tne inovacije. I u godinama koje dolaze nastavićemo da na najbolji mogući način povezujemo prošlost i bu- dućnost – negovanjem gotovo vekovnog nasleđa na- ših slavnih prethodnika, pionira domaće avijacije, dok istovremeno primenjujemo savremene poslovne mo- dele avio-industrije 21. veka. IN ORDER TO KEEP PACE WITH GLOBAL TRENDS and provide you with the highest quality us- er experience, we’ve spent the past year working inten- sively to advance the digitalisation process. The ongo- ing pandemic situation has only propelled us further towards online channels, as a quicker, more efficient and safer choice. The latest stage of our digital journey began in July 2020. It was back then that we enabled you to download the beta version of the new mobile app, which brought numerous features with just several taps on your mobile device: flight check-in, passport scanning, boarding pass downloading and many others. We enabled you to check- in for flights to your desired destinations safely and with- out the need for physical contact, in just a few minutes, and to save your boarding pass in the app, ensuring it’s always easily accessible. It was in September last year that we made this app available to all mobile devices with the iOS operating sys- tem, whilst also introducing the option of mobile device ticket purchases, just like on the website. We’ve applied the principle of gradually introducing new features since we be- gan working on the app, in accordance with your feedback. Via the app, we’ve provided you with an opportunity to in- form us about problems as they happen and send us pro- posals for new improvements, which is particularly signif- icant given that your needs represent our highest priority. The numbers best illustrate the success of our mo- bile app: more than 40,000 satisfied users and an aver- age rating exceeding 4 stars on the Google Play Store and 5 on the App Store. The digitalisation of operations has led to the improvement of the user experience and the significant growth of online ticket sales. During the first six months of 2021, a total of 44 per cent of all tick- et sales were made via Air Serbia’s online sales channels, i.e., the app and upgraded website. Encouraged by the positive feedback received, we con- tinue to further develop our digital platforms. And you can expect exciting news in this area as early as this month. It is in the same spirit of excitement that we also await our eighth birthday on 26 th October, with a sense of pride that we’ve been flying on the wings of a great tradition for al- most a full decade, with engines powered by constant in- novation. Over the coming years, we will continue to con- nect the past and the future in the best possible way - by cultivating the almost century-long heritage of our glori- ous predecessors, the pioneers of domestic aviation, while at the same time applying the modern business models of the 21 st century aviation industry.
