Lovefest je počeo kao žurka na Mostu ljubavi u Vrnjačkoj Banji, a ubrzo je izrastao u pravi Festival lju- bavi, koji u malo turističko mesto dovodi najveća imena elektronske scene i okuplja na desetine hiljada posetilaca. Ove godine se održava 12. put, a u međuvremenu se proši- rio za još jedan festivalski dan i za još jednu binu. Na listi izvođača su neka od najvećih svetskih imena elektronske muzike, kao što su Džej- mi Džouns, Set Troksler, Papa Sven, Dubfire, Loko Dice, Pan-Pot. Lovefest started as a party on the Bridge of Love in Vrnjačka Banja, then quick- ly grew into a true festival of love, which brings the biggest names of the electron- ic music scene to this small tourist town and gathers together tens of thousands of visitors. This year it is being held for the 12 th time, and along the way has expand- ed to include an extra day of festivities and another stage. The list of performers includes some of the world’s top names in electronic music, such as Jamie Jones, Seth Troxler, Papa Sven, Dubfire, Loco Dice and Pan-Pot.

Nišville Jazz Festival je međunarodni džez festival koji se održava tokom avgusta na platou Niške tvrđave, ali ceo grad zavede mu- zikom. Koncept festivala je da uz džez klasike na jednom mestu okupi i sve umetnike koji taj zvuk danas razvijaju u fuziji sa world music pravcima. U tom kontekstu, najveća festival- ska nagrada, Grand Prix , predstavlja statuetu Šabana Bajramovića, kralja romske muzike iz Niša, koja će ove godine biti uručena sastavu The Gipsy Kings . Osim njih, na 35. Nišvilleu nastupaju i slavni The Manhattan Transfer , Keni Garet, Lisa Simon, Inner Circle … The Nišville Jazz Festival is an international event that takes place every August on the plateau of Niš Fortress, but during the festival the entire city is seduced by jazz music. The concept of the festi- val is to gather in one place classic jazz musicians and all artists who are developing this sound to- days in fusion with other world music directions. In this context, the festival’s biggest Grand Prix prize is a statuette of the late Šaban Bajramović, the “king of Roma music” and a native of Niš, which will this year be presented to the group the Gipsy Kings. Al- so performing at the 35 th Nišville will be The Man- hattan Transfer, Kenny Garrett, Lisa Simone, Inner Circle and others.
