T he additional services offered by Serbia’s national airline have been selected after lengthy and detailed analysis of the needs and desires of passengers. Their experiences are monitored from the moment they buy a ticket, via ar- rival at the airport and departure, all the way to the final moment when the passenger collects their luggage and exits the airport There are many ways to travel, but with each journey it is most important for it to be precisely as you want it to be. If you choose to travel by plane, Air Serbia has strived to satisfy both the small and big wishes of its passengers, so you can create combinations and selections from the start of your journey to its completion. And you can do that starting from the simplest selections, such as choosing your seat for a flight, thereby avoid- ing disputes with fellow passengers about who will take the win- dow seat. You can reserve this seat in advance while checking in via the Air Serbia website, and you can also use that opportuni- ty to seek additional legroom, for instance. We asked Jovan Đukić, Ancil- lary Services Delivery Manager at Air Serbia, which additional services are available in total. – We wanted, at every point of a journey, to provide some ad- ditional service to our passengers that would make their journey easier and more comfortable. First of all, we all know that airport experiences can be pretty tiresome, so we have tried to provide services that ease this process. Thus, among other things, it is pos- sible to register for priority check-ins in order to avoid queues at check-in counters or priority for passport control checks at Bel- grade Nikola Tesla Airport. Priority boarding is also an option. We have provided passengers who are travelling for the first time or who do not speak English with assistance at foreign airports in the form of an escort, which enables them to complete their journey without worry and stress - says Đukić. Besides the traditionally popular seat selection, some of the preferred services certainly include priority luggage collection – that means marking luggage with a “Priority” label, to ensure it is ready for business class passengers to collect. So, that’s the right option if you’re in a hurry. – Swiftly collecting belongings from conveyor belts is cer- tainly an advantage that means a lot to many people. But don’t forget that the palette of services we provide is very wide.
