Hotel čuva tajnu ljubavi Liz i Ričar- da Bartona, koji su u srcu Antiba proveli i medeni mesec, a u njemu su trajno za- beleženi i momenti koji su među naje- motivnijim trenucima u Anjinom životu. – Dok sam sa ocem išla ka oltaru i držala ga za ruku, činilo mi se da lebdim. Srećna sam što me je tata zasmejavao, pa nisam plakala, a trenutak kada je mo- ju ruku predao Igou bio je najlepši i sa najviše emocija jer sam veoma vezana za oca – priseća se Anja, koja je na ven- čanju nosila haljinu libanskog dizajne- ra Elija Saba dugu šest metara. O njenoj bajci iz Antiba pisao je i japanski Vog . – To je takvo mesto da bih se svake godine tamo venčavala. U njemu zabo- ravite na vreme i koliko god da ostane- te, nikada nije dovoljno – poručuje Anja, kojoj je Azurna obala zauvek u srcu. Pre glamuroznog slavlja na Azur- noj obali Anja i Igo su u Parizu sklopi- li građanski brak. – Nije čudo što je Pariz oduvek bio inspiracija za romane i holivudske fil- move. Istina je da se u njemu osećate kao u Bodlerovim stihovima. Po brase- rijama muzičari sviraju La Vie En Ro- se , pesmu Edit Pjaf, na mostu na Se- ni ljubavnici iz celog sveta katancima zaključavaju svoju ljubav – kaže Anja, kojoj je od 12. godine grad ljubavi bio stalna adresa, a u kojem danas živi sa porodicom. Gospođa Valente, koja je završila studije dizajna na prestižnom koledžu Central Sent Martins u Londonu i u Par- sons školi u Njujorku, često u francuskoj prestonici obilazi revije visoke mode i tamo je i pronašla inspiraciju za raskoš- nu venčanicu sa kristalima. Anja u svakom trenutku ima pra- vi modni savet, a kao neko ko je živeo na raznim kontinentima (između osta- log i u Japanu) i ko zna dušu Francu- ske, onima koji nameravaju da posete tu zemlju preporučuje: – Ima mnogo lepih mesta i gra- dova i nikada mi ne dosadi istraživa- nje. Tu su prelepe vinarije u Bordou, polja lavande u Avinjonu, a kuhinja je tako bogata. Zbog ostriga idemo u Normandiju, a zbog bujabesa odlazi- mo u Marselj. To je specijalitet mog rodnog grada.

Mrs Valente, who completed her de- sign studies at the prestigious Central Saint Martins College in London and the Parsons School of Design in New York, often attends haute couture reviews in the French cap- ital, where she also found inspiration for her gorgeous wedding gown with crystals. Anja has the right fashion advice at any given moment and – as someone who has lived on various continents (residing in Japan among other places) and who knows the soul of France – she has a rec- ommendation for those intending to vis- it this country: “There are many beautiful towns and cities and I never get bored of exploring. There are beautiful wineries in Bordeaux, lavender elds in Avignon, and the cuisine is so rich. We go to Normandy because of the oysters, while we go to Marseille be- cause of the bouillabaisse. That’s the spe- ciality of my hometown.”

I’m hap- py that my Dad laughed so I didn’t cry, and the moment when he o ered my hand to Hugo was the most beautiful and held the most emotions, because I’m very attached to my father, recalls Anja, who wore to her wedding a gown created by Lebanese de- signer Elie Saab that was six metres long. Her Antibes fairy tale was also reported by the Japanese edition of Vogue. “It’s such a place that I would get married there every year. PIKSI’S WEDDING IN CANNES The South of France is also extremely important to Anja’s par- ents, a couple who were wed in Cannes and with whom she is extremely close. “They are the people I respect and love the most in the world, and I would like to raise my children in the same way they raised my sister, my brother and I.”
