ADMISSIONS PROCESS Step 1: Pre-application advising
• Prior to submitting your application, we recommend that you reach out to our admissions team (apply@roseman.edu) to schedule an advising session. During this session, our admissions advisors will review with you what our prerequisites are and identify any prerequisites you might be missing. Step 2: Submit your application through PharmCAS • All applications must be submitted through PharmCAS to be considered for admission (except for transfer applications— applicants interested in transferring to Roseman should contact ruhspharmacy@roseman.edu) • All applications must contain up-to-date transcripts from all previous institutions to be considered • Letters of recommendation are not required but are highly encouraged • Only one PharmCAS application is required to be considered for both campuses Step 3: Interview • Completed applications are reviewed on a rolling basis throughout the year • The most competitive applicants will be invited to interview with faculty and staff • Interview Days are held virtually and contain multiple elements. All applicants will: Interview with an admissions panel consisting of a faculty member and a current Roseman student Participate in a Q&A session with current students to learn more about the student experience at Roseman Complete a writing assessment Attend a series of presentations with other applicants to learn more about the PharmD program Step 4: Admissions Decision • An admissions decision will be sent to each applicant within two weeks of their interview day • If you are offered admission, your offer will contain additional information on future steps ADMISSIONS TEAM • The College of Pharmacy’s Admissions Team is here to assist you throughout the admissions process. Our team’s goal is to make sure that applicants completely understand admission procedures and requirements. We also strive to ensure that applicants receive the support and guidance they need throughout the admissions process. • Any questions about prerequisites prior to submitting your application should be directed to our pre-advising team (apply@roseman.edu). • Any questions about the interview process, or about the process of accepting an offer should be directed to ruhspharmacy@roseman.edu. • All transfer inquiries and questions should be directed to ruhspharmacy@roseman.edu.
