D uring this winter season, Air Serbia’s guests can select di- rect flights to a total of 61 destinations, with 28 airlines offering direct flights to 37 countries on four continents. Our guests can spend their winter holidays in the Middle East, acquaint- ing themselves with the traditions of an- cient Persian and Ottoman cultures, or take advantage of the tourist offers of Lebanon, UAE, Qatar and Israel. Pleasant temperatures during the winter months can be found in North African countries that are a rich in histo- ry, culture and tradition, such as Egypt and Tunisia, where Serbian tourists tra- ditionally spend their summer holidays, as well as Mediterranean countries with an abundance of cultural influence and inheritance - Cyprus and Malta. The traditions of ancient Chinese civilisation and the sights of this most populous and fourth most visited coun- try, like the Great Wall, are now closer thanks to direct flights from Belgrade that will operate twice a week during the winter season. To enable you to visit your nearest and dearest abroad during the holiday season, and to tour spectacular sights during the Christmas and New Year hol- idays, Air Serbia has introduced addi- tional flights to Amsterdam, Athens, Banja Luka, Beirut, Ljubljana, Moscow, New York, Paris, Rome, Stuttgart, Thes- saloniki and Zurich, while it will oper- ate flights to Malta and Saint Petersburg exclusively during this period. Furthermore, partner airline Eti- had Airways has introduced addition- al daily flights to Abwu Dhabi during this period, while there will be addition- al flights to Paris-Beauvais Airport, Dort- mund, Memmingen, Gothenburg, Malta, Basel, Stockholm-Skavsta and Malmo. We are awaited by another rich win- ter season, during which we expect an increase of 12 per cent in the total num- ber of flights from Belgrade compared to the previous winter season.
