Zato Republika Srbija konstantno unapređuje odnos između matice i naših ljudi u ra- sejanju kako bi oni i dalje negovali sop- stveni identitet, istovremeno poštujući države u kojima žive. – Snaga naše dijaspore je i u tome što može da pomogne da još više stra- nih investitora dođe u Srbiju, ali može i da učestvuje u direktnim investicijama. Zato radimo na umrežavanju srpske pri- vrede s našim poslovnim ljudima u sve- tu – kaže državni sekretar Ivica Tončev. On dodaje da Uprava za saradnju s dijasporom i Srbima u regionu u Mi- nistarstvu spoljnih poslova krajem ove godine učestvuje u organizaciji kongre- sa privrednika iz dijaspore, koji će biti održan u Novom Sadu. – Ulažemo napore da unapredimo poslovni ambijent i ojačamo naše tržište rada, čime će se smanjiti odlazak kvali- fikovanih kadrova. Ovo je izazov sa ko- jim se suočavaju i neke članice Evropske unije i iz tih razloga nastojimo da dodat- no unapredimo i ojačamo našu privredu. Time će naše društvo biti još prosperi- tetnije, a veze matice i rasejanja još jače – zaključuje gospodin Tončev.

That’s why we’re working on networking the Serbian economy with our busi- nesspeople around world,” says State Secretary Ivica Tončev. He adds that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Directorate for Cooperation with the Diaspora and Serbs in the Region will participate in organising a congress of businesspeople from the diaspora that will be held in Novi Sad at the end of this year. “We’re exerting efforts to improve the business environment and strengthen our labour market, with which will reduce the outflow of highly-qual- ified workers. This is a challenge that is also be- ing faced by some members of the European Un- ion, and it is for these reasons that we’re striving to further improve and strengthen our economy. This will make our society even more prosperous, and the connection between the homeland and those living abroad even stronger,”concludes State Secretary Tončev.
