2013. godine, Er Srbija je zaposlila više od 100 novih članova kabinske posade, kao i 21 mlađeg kopilota na ATR i erbas avionima. Zapošljavanjem novih kadrova, nacionalna avio-kompanija pripremila se za najavljeno proširenje mreže 21 linijom u redovnom i sezonskom saobraćaju, od kojih je devet iz Beograda, a 12 iz Niša. Nacionalni avio-prevoznik istovremeno je organizovao školovanje za svoje pilote, od kojih je njih 11 ispunilo uslove da budu una- pređeni u zvanje kapetana ili pređu na dru- gi tip letelice. Osim toga, pokrenut je pro- ces selekcije novih persera, odnosno vođa kabinske posade. – Predstojeći period je za nas izuzetno važan. Najbolji pojedinci iz naše kompanije dobili su šansu da napreduju, a istovremeno smo po- jačali svoje redove i mladim i kvalifikovanim kadrovima koje smo zaposlili. Najznačajnije povećanje broja destinacija do sada jeste re- zultat napornog timskog rada i uveren sam da ćemo, uz podršku novih članova tima, si- gurno biti zadovoljni rezultatima – izjavio je Dankan Nejsmit, generalni direktor Er Srbije .

The national airline has simultaneously organi- sed training for its pilots, 11 of whom have ful- filled the requirements to be promoted to the position of captain, or to transfer to a dierent type of aircraft. Moreover, the process of appoin- ting new senior members of the cabin crew has been initiated. “The upcoming period is very important for us. The best individuals from our company have gai- ned an opportunity to advance, while we’ve simul- taneously strengthened our ranks with the young and qualified personnel that we’ve hired. The most significant ever increase in the number of destina- tions is the result of arduous teamwork, and I am convinced that, with the support of our new team members, we will certainly be satisfied with the results,” said Air Serbia CEO Duncan Naysmith.
