T his 17 th June again we remember magni cent beginnings, the same date almost a century ago, when in 1927 in the Palace of the Adriatic-Danube Bank in Bel- grade, Aeroput was founded as the country’s rst joint-stock compa- ny for civil aviation. Aeroput was among the world’s rst civilian air- lines, as the 10t h such company in Europe and the 21 st in the world. Air Serbia, which has continued this magni cent journey in the sky after the glory years of JAT, proud- ly continues along the paths of its great predecessors. O vaj 17. jun još jed- nom će nas pod- setiti na veličan- stvene početke, na isti taj datum pre go- tovo jednog veka kada je 1927. godine u palati Jadran- sko-podunavske banke u Be- ogradu osnovan Aeroput , pr- vo jugoslovensko akcionarsko preduzeće za civilni vazdušni sa- obraćaj. Aeroput je bio među pr- vim civilnim avio-prevoznicima, 10. kompanija u Evropi i 21. u sve- tu. Er Srbija , koja je nastavila ovaj veličanstveni put na nebu posle slavnih godina JAT-a, ponosno nastavlja stazama svojih velikih prethodnika. Devedeset drugu godišnjicu vazduhoplovstva Er Srbija dočekuje kao jedan od li- dera u regionu i kompanija koja leti na više od 50 destinacija ši- rom sveta.
ER SRBIJA POVEĆAVA NEDELJNI BROJ LETOVA KA LONDONU Zahvaljujući saradnji sa Etihad ervej- zom , Er Srbija je uvela još jedan dnevni let iz Beograda ka londonskom aerodro- mu Hitrou. Na toj liniji, od 19. maja do 26. oktobra, leteće Etihadov avion A320 u be- loj boji, a uslugu putnicima srpske naci- onalne avio-kompanije pružaće letačka i kabinska posada nacionalne avio-kompa- nije UAE. Er Srbija će tako imati 16 leto- va sedmično na liniji Beograd–London. AIR SERBIA INCREASES NUMBER OF FLIGHTS PER WEEK TO LONDON Thanks to its cooperation with Etihad Air- ways, Air Serbia has introduced another daily ight from Belgrade to London’s Heathrow Airport. Fly- ing this route, from 19th May to 26th October, will be Etihad’s A320 in its white livery, with ser- vices being provided to passengers of the Serbi- an national airline by the ight and cabin crews of the UAE’s national airline. During the noted period, Air Serbia will operate 16 ights a week along the Belgrade-London route.
