On display are nu- merous designs that were worn in private life as well as on screen. They were worn by Grace Kelly, Delphine Seyrig and Jeanne Moreau. The cult Breton t-shirt was even worn by Pablo Picasso. Also interesting is the exhibition’s approach, so the evolution and retrospective of the Chanel style can be followed through ten portraits of Coco herself, who was the embodiment of her own brand. The exhibition sprawls over an area of 1,500 square metres, displaying more than 350 items - from an origi- nal bottle of Chanel No. 5 perfume dating back to 1921 to tweed suits, leather fashion accessories, costumes and fine jewellery. There’s never been more Chanel in one place.
