New York is Rome itself” - these are the words with which John Lennon began one of his last interviews. He arrived in New York to take up residence in 1971. He first moved into the St. Regis Hotel with Yoko Ono, then they relocated to Green- wich Village and finally to the leg- endary Dakota. If you wanted to follow Lennon’s ghost in New York, you would have to visit numerous places...
