NEW FACES ON SERBIAN PLANES KONKURS ER SRBIJE IZAZVAO VELIKO INTERESOVANJE AIR SERBIA’S NEW JOB VACANCY POSTING ATTRACTS ATTENTION NOVA LICA U SRPSKIM AVIONIMA

r Srbija je raspisala konkurs za nove čla- nove kabinskog osoblja na koji se do sada
prijavilo više od šest stotina potencijalnih kan- didata. Predstavnici Sektora ljudskih resursa Er Srbije , zajedno sa Službom za procenu efi- kasnosti rada kabinskog osoblja, biće zaduže- ni za proces selekcije koji će između ostalog uključivati i test znanja engleskog jezika, gru- pnu vežbu i stručni intervju. Ovom prilikom, Marko Babić, direktor za ljudske resurse Er Srbije , rekao je: „Izuzetno mi je drago što su se mladi ljudi u ovako velikom broju odazvali na naš konkurs i što su pokaza- li interesovanje da se priključe timu kabinskog osoblja Er Srbije . Siguran sam da se među oda- branim mladim kandidatima nalaze oni koji ga- je istinsku strast prema ovom uzbudljivom, di- namičnom, ali i odgovornom poslu“. Nove pozicije će omogućiti muškom i žen- skom delu kabinskog osoblja ne samo da vide svet, već i da prođu najbolje obuke, postanu profesionalci. Veliki broj prijavljenih kandida- ta dokaz je da Er Srbija predstavlja jednu od na- juglednijih kompanija u Srbiji i pokazuje da je poželjan poslodavac. Odabrani kandidati će sa stručnjacima za zapošljavanje avio-kompanije Er Srbija razgo- varati o svojim profesionalnim interesovanji- ma i iz prve ruke se informisati o tome kako je to usluživati goste na visini od 10.000 meta- ra, kao i o svim mogućnostima koje pruža ova kompanija.

ir Serbia published a cabin crew job vacancy posting that has so far attracted the attention
of over six hundred potential candidates. Air Serbia’s Human Resources representatives, together with its Cabin Crew Performance and Operations team, will be in charge of the assessment process that will include among other things include English test, group exer- cise and competency based interview. On this occasion, Marko Babić, HR Director of Air Serbia, stated:“I am extremely glad that so many young people responded to our job vacancy posting and showed in- terest in joining Air Serbia as cabin crew members. I am certain that candidates who are truly passionate about this exciting and dynamic, yet responsible job are to be found in this applicant pool”.
This new job opportunity will allow cabin crew members of both genders to not only see the world, but also undergo the best training and become young professionals.
