Venice All about the life of the seductive Casanova A museum dedicated to the life of 18 th century adventurer and lover Giacomo Casanova has opened in his native Venice. There, via a variety of virtual reality installations, visitors can read, hear and see digital presentations detailing his youth and seductions. One of the six rooms of the museum is a bedroom, where the scene appears to show Casanova seducing a woman in front of visitors’ eyes. Those interested in the museum can also learn all about his travels around Europe, incarcerations and prison breaks, his personality and cinematographic depictions of Casanova. Prague Festival for beer lovers Almost every Czech village has its own brewery, so it’s no surprise that the annual Beer Festival is a symbol of Prague and the country’s biggest epicurean event in the country. This year’s edition of the festival will be held from 10 th to 26 th May in Letná Park. And, as there’s no beer without sausages, visitors will also be able to enjoy tastings of local varieties. At the festival’s stalls, they will be able to try more than 50 different types of top quality beer, while another interesting fact is that this festival has its own currency – the tolar, which is used to pay for everything at the festival.
