T he state of real estate market today in Serbia compared to the period 10 years ago is incompa- rable, what then seemed unimag- inable today is available and real. In this way, Dragan Radulović, Re- gional Managing Director of CBS International, estimates the op- portunities in the capital market in our country. The lead man of the compa- ny, which for many years now is the leading real estate consultan- cy in Serbia, says that Serbia is be- coming an increasingly prefera- ble destination for capital - from traditionally active Israeli inves- tors to capital from South Africa and China. Our country is still a devel- oping market, but the optimistic information is that investors’ an- nouncements are going in the di- rection of increasing investment volumes.
