Aleksandar Vučić, predsednik Vlade Srbije, i Džejms Hogan, predsednik i generalni direktor Etihad ejviejšn grupe , na otvaranju novog višenamenskog centra objedinjenih usluga Etihad ervejz partners u Beogradu Aleksandar Vučić, Prime Minister of Serbia, and James Hogan, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Etihad Aviation Group, celebrate the opening of a new multi-purpose EAP Shared Services centre in the Serbian capital.

EAP centar se nalazi u okviru po- slovnog parka Erport siti (Airport Ci- ty) u Novom Beogradu i dopunjuje globalni portfolio uslužnih centara kojima upravljaju partnerske avio– kompanije. – Sa velikim zadovoljstvom otva- ramo najnoviji EAP centar, koji će pod jednim krovom objediniti broj- ne avio-kompanije članice EAP i nji- hove programe lojalnosti. Ovaj centar izvrsnosti obezbediće veću efikasnost za sve avio-kompanije – kaže Džejms Hogan. Etihad ervejz danas ima tri kontakt centra u Abu Dabiju i jedan u Man- česteru. U početku, zaposleni u cen- tru pružaće usluge rezervacije i izda- vanja karata, u koje spadaju prodaja, promena plana putovanja i obrada za- hteva za posebnim uslugama. U po- gledu programa lojalnosti, zaposleni u kontakt-centru moći će da pruže in- formacije o programima, kao i usluge upravljanja korisničkim nalogom i bo- nus miljama. n EAP Shared Services Centre, owned by the Etihad Aviation

Group, was officially opened in Belgrade in mid-March by Aleksandar Vučić, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia, James Hogan, the President and Chief Ex- ecutive Officer of Etihad Aviation Group, and Siniša Mali, Mayor of Belgrade. The new facility, located near Ser- bia’s capital city centre will perform con- tact centre and loyalty operations in Eu- rope for Etihad Airways, Air Serbia, Air Seychelles and Etihad Regional, expand- ing in time to include Alitalia and Air Berlin, as well as their respective loyal- ty programmes. Initially over 200 Serbian nationals will be employed at the centre, which is planned to increase to approximate- ly 685 people by 2020. –The EAP Shared Services Centre is another example of successful foreign investment in Serbia. The fact that this centre is being established right here in Belgrade demonstrates the confidence that renowned international companies such as Etihad have in our country and workforce.
