POLET POLET OF THE TOWN RITAM GRADA RHYTHM
M eđu prvima se uselio u Cetinjsku, u jedan od napuštenih prosto- ra industrijskog kom- pleksa nekada čuvene pivare, gde je ubrzo nikla nova parti zona Beogra- da. Tamo se sad nalazi više od deset kafića i klubova, ali Polet je i dalje je- dinstven – između ostalog i zato što se nikako ne može doživeti kao „obi- čan“ kafić ili klub. Da, tu možete to- kom dana popiti kafu, uveče đuskati uz odličnu muziku, ali njegov glav- ni adut su sadržaji koji prkose tra- dicionalnom doživljaju umetnosti. Na primer, posebno su dobro pose- ćene poetske večeri, na kojima sva- ko može da pročita svoju pesmu ili da je stvori na licu mesta. Gledaju se filmovi, a onda se debatuje o njima. Organizuju se muzički vremeplo- vi i koncerti eksperimentalne mu- zike, prave omaži umetnicima u ko- je je svako pozvan da se uključi.. T his club was among the first to move into the Cetinjsjka area, in one of the abandoned spaces of the industrial complex of a former famous brewery, where a new Belgrade party zone has quickly sprouted. More than 10 bars and clubs are located there now, but Polet remains unique - among oth- er reasons, because it can in no way be experienced as an “ordinary” café bar or club. Yes, you can drink coffee there dur- ing the day and dance to great music dur- ing the evening, but its main asset are the contents that defy the traditional experi- ence of art. For example, it has particular- ly well-attended poetry evenings, during which everyone can read their own po- ems or create them on the spot. People also watch and discuss films there, while musical time machines and concerts of ex- perimental music are also organised. This is a real homage to artists that everyone is invited to join.
