Srpski vicešampioni leteli Er Srbijom kući Air Serbia flies Serbian vice-champions home to Belgrade r Srbija je 18. septembra uvela poseban čar- ter-let od Istanbula do Beograda za košar- kaški tim Srbije posle uzbudljivog takmičenja na Evrobasketu 2017. i finala protiv Slovenije. Nakon dra- matičnog finala i velike borbe koja se vodila do po- slednjih sekundi Srbija je krunisana titulom vicešam- piona. Igrači su na letu dočekani uz posebnu čestitku kapetana, tortu i šampanjac, a više od pola miliona ljudi pratilo je na društvenim mrežama njihov let do Beograda, gde su dočekani kao heroji. Kapetan im je ovako čestitao: – Dragi orlovi , želim u ime naše posade na današnjem letu od Istanbula za Beograd, kao i u ime srpske naci- onalne avio-kompanije Er Srbija da čestitam igračima, stručnom štabu i Košarkaškom savezu Srbije na veli- kom uspehu ostvarenom na Evropskom prvenstvu. Va- ša borbenost, upornost i košarkaška veština bili su pri- mer i inspiracija za sve nas u Srbiji, koji smo vas pratili od prvog do poslednjeg meča. Imajući sve to u vidu, nije fraza kada kažemo da vaše srebro sija kao zlato! Er Srbija pruža veliku podršku našem najboljem košar- kaškom timu i nadam se da ćemo imati priliku da vas ponovo ugostimo na našim letovima. bring the Serbian national basketball team back to Belgrade from Istanbul after a thrilling EuroBasket 2017 final against Slovenia. The tightly-contested match saw the Serbian side crowned vice-champions after a dramatic fina- le that came down to the last seconds. The players were greeted on the flight with a special congratulatory mes- sage from the Captain, cake and sparkling wine, and more than half a million peo- ple on social media followed their flight to Belgrade, where they were given a he- roes reception. The Captain’s message read: “Dear ‘Eagles,’ on behalf of our crew and the national airline Air Serbia, I would like to congratulate the players, professional staff and Basketball Association of Serbia for their success at the European Basket- ball Championship. Your fighting spirit, perseverance and basketball skills were an example and an inspiration for all of us in Serbia, who followed you from the first to the last match. I hope that we will have the opportunity to host you again on our flights and we wish you good health, happiness and many more medals!”

koji je razvio vodeći proizvođač avio-tehnologije SITA koristi podatke sa više aerodroma i prati prtljag od pri- javljivanja na let, preko sortiranja, prolaska kroz provere, utovara u kargo kontejnere i avione, do dostavljanja na aerodrom. BagJourney će omogućiti Er Srbiji da brzo utvrdi tačnu lokaciju prtljaga kada prtljag kasni. Poda- ci se prikupljaju na Aerodromu Nikola Tesla i 16 drugih aerodroma u mreži Er Srbije , uključujući i aerodrome Hitrou , Šeremetjevo i Džon F. Kenedi . Narednih mese- ci usluga će biti pokrenuta i na ostalim aerodromima, a spojena je sa SITA WorldTracer platformom, globalnim sistemom za praćenje i usklađivanje prtljaga koji putnici mogu da iskoriste da lociraju prtljag.

by leading aviation technology provider SITA, BagJourney uses data gathered across multiple airports to follow baggage as it is checked-in, sorted, sent through security checks, loaded into containers and onto aircraft, and then delivered at airports. “BagJourney”will enable Air Serbia to quickly pinpoint the location of baggage. Data for the service is currently being gathered at Nikola Tesla Airport and 16 other airports in Air Serbia’s network, including Heathrow, Sheremetyevo and John F. Kennedy International Airport. The service will be rolled at to remaining airports in the coming months. The service is also integrated with SITA WorldTracer, an online global baggage tracing and matching system that guests can access to check the status of their baggage. “We’ve introduced a lot of new technology this year to
