Ivan Brkljač, vođa projekta Mokrin haus , ispod stoletnog oraha u dvori- štu priča kako je sve počelo. Kupili su staru kuću porodice Novakov, neka- da najimućnije u selu. Onda su poče- li sa renoviranjem i polako i postepe- no gradili Mokrin haus , ne znajući da će trošnu, ali lepu kuću i njeno veli- ko dvorište zapravo pretvoriti u ma- li biznis, kulturni i edukativni centar. – Danas ne moraš da živiš u veli- kom gradu, internet je praktično zane- mario geografiju. Najrazličitijim pro- fesijama internet omogućava da budu lokacijski nezavisne. U početku najviše su dolazili da rade i žive dizajneri i pro- grameri, ali tu su sada i advokati, raču- novođe, profesori... Definitivno ćemo viđati sve više ljudi koji između posla i životnog stila biraju životni stil. Po- stoji mnogo ljudi kojima je način živo- ta da putuju, da nemaju kuću. I za njih je Mokrin haus – kaže Brkljač. Autentičnost boravka na selu do- punjavaju lavež pasa, brundanje trak- tora, miris sela i prirode u vazduhu, domaći sok od zove, prva komšinica koja donosi štrudlu. Upravo boravak u prirodi pomaže da oni kojima je ov- de kancelarija budu produktivni. Glo- balni trend pokazuje da sve više ljudi NAJNAGRAĐIVANIJA PARCELA U SRBIJI Grupa arhitekata Autori projektovala je Mokrin haus, koja se sastoji od pet ce- lina. Koncept je da svaka kuća unutar kompleksa predstavlja po jednu sobu i da je svaki objekat multifunkcionalan. Crna kuća, koja je prvo nastala i koja je nagrađena na 33. Salonu arhitektu- re, izgleda tamno kao silueta, da bi se naglasila lepota stare svetle porodične kuće, koja ima funkciju dnevne sobe. Tu su još i kantina, radni deo kao mo- derno urađen ambar i posebno objekat za spavanje. U arhitektonskim krugovi- ma priča se da se u Mokrinu nalazi naj- nagrađivanija parcela u Srbiji, jer obje- kat ima 15 nagrada.

Then they started reno- vating and slowly and gradually built Mokrin House, not knowing that they were actually converting this sprawling but beautiful house and its big yard into a small centre of busi- ness, culture and education. - You do not have to live in big cities to- day. The Internet has made geography prac- tically irrelevant. The internet enables the most diverse professions to be independ- ent in terms of location. In the beginning, it was mainly designers and programmers who came here to live and work, but now there are also lawyers, accountants, research pro- fessors etc. We will definitely see more and more people who have to choose between work and lifestyle choosing lifestyle. There are a lot of people whose way of life is to travel, who don’t have a house. And Mokrin House is for them – says Brkljač. The authenticity of residing in the village is complemented by the sounds of barking dogs and tractors, the scents of the village and nature in the air, homemade elderber- ry juice, a next-door-neighbour who brings round strudel. MOST AWARDED PLOT IN SERBIA The “Authors” group of architects designed Mokrin House, which consists of five units. The concept is for each house within the complex to represent a single room and for each structure to be multifunctional. The Black House, which was the first to emerge and which was awarded at the 33 rd Salon of Architecture, looks as dark as a silhou- ette, to emphasise the beauty of the old bright family house, which has the function of a living room. There is also a canteen, a working part as a modern barn, and a spe- cial structure for sleeping. In architectur- al circles, it is said that Mokrin is the most awarded plot in Serbia, given that its build- ings have amassed fifteen awards.
