ov tromesečni meni, koji će od početka marta do kraja maja biti pred putnicima na prekookeanskim letovima i pred gostima Premijum salona , predstavljen je u Plavoj sali Er Srbija Keteringa . Prema rečima šefa Zorana Miškovića, koji je zajedno sa šefom kuhinje Premijum salona Stefanom Dragićevićem prezentovao meni pred- stavnicima službi koje su uključene u izradu i distribuciju ketering usluge, pred put- nicima će biti potpuno nova jela. – Zadržali smo omiljena predjela i deserte, ali smo se trudili da ponudimo nova jela u prolećnom jelovniku. Takođe, biznis-putnici na letovima za Njujork imaće dva obroka umesto jednog. Do sada je putnik posle prvog jela mogao da traži i dodatni snek obrok – sireve, voćne salate ili sendviče, a sada se na njegov zahtev nude tri ku- vana jela. U ekonomiji smo, na zahtev putnika, pored dva jela dodali i vegetarijanski obrok po izboru. U Premijum salonu smo zadržali a la kard meni, u kojem su ćevapi, jelo od piletine i vegetarijansko jelo, ali su u bife-meniju, za razliku od zimskog me- nija, u ponudi pre svega internacionalna jela. PROMOVISAN PROLEĆNI MENI SPRING MENU PROMOTED he new three-month menu to be served to passengers from the beginning of March to the end of May, on international ights and in the Premium Lounge at Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport, has been presented at Air Serbia Catering’s Blue Room. According to Chef Zoran Mišković, who – together with Premium Lounge kitchen Chef Stefan Dragićević – presented the menu to representatives of the services involved in the design and distribution of cate- ring services, Air Serbia guests will have completely new dishes available. „We kept our favou- rite appetisers and desserts, but tried to o er new dishes on the spring menu. Moreover, bu- siness travellers on Belgrade - New York ights will have two meals instead of one. Previously, after their rst meal guests could also request an additional snack meal – cheeses, fruit salads or sandwiches – but now three cooked meals are available upon request. In economy class, based on the requests of guests, we’ve added the option of a vegetarian dish alongside two standard dishes. In the Premium Lounge, we’ve retained the a la carte menu featuring kebabs, chicken dishes and vegetarian dishes, but the spring bu et menu, unlike the winter variation, has a predominant o er of international dishes,” explained Mišković.
