WHY ARE YOU With the play “A couple of verses for us” we are going on a two-week tour on 22 nd September, and the musicians and I will perform in Toronto, Edmon- ton, Vancouver and other Canadi- an cities. We’ve already made guest appearances in many theatre halls around the world and it is impressive to see how strangers are amazed by our language and culture. On the oth- er hand, our people who live abroad are particularly touched on such oc- TRAVELLING TO CANADA? casions, and the further away they are from their own country geo- graphically, the more intense their ex- perience. That’s why I’m travelling to Canada with great joy.
WHAT DOES TRAVELLING MEAN TO YOU? For me travelling is a meeting that changes me irrevers- ibly. Thus, Jerusalem left a great impression on me during my visit in Easter 2009. It has been unmis- takably touched by the history of the world. Moscow is also a city that has changed me fundamentally.
