SALATA SA PRŠUTOM I DINJOM Potrebno je:

100 g pršute parma, 100 g paradajza, 40 g crvenog luka, 2 struka mladog luka, pola veze peršuna, 20 g parme- zana, 20 g crnih maslina bez koštice, 2 g soli, 2 g bibera, 100 g dinje, 5 ml maslinovog ulja Priprema: Isecite pršutu, paradajz i masline na kocke. Dodajte sit- no seckani peršun i narendani parmezan, pa posolite, pobiberite i prelijte maslinovim uljem. Dobro izmešajte salatu i servirajte na tanjir. Odozgo poređajte tanke šni- te dinje, a sa strane fišeke od pršute i kuglice od dinja.

SALAD WITH PROSCIUTTO AND MELON Ingredients:

100g Parma ham, 100g tomatoes, 40g red onion, 2 cloves of garlic, half a bundle of parsley, 20g parmesan, 20g pitted black olives, 2g salt, 2g pepper, 100g melon, 5ml olive oil Preparation: Cut the prosciutto, tomatoes and olives into cubes. Add the finely chopped parsley and grated parmesan, add salt and pepper to taste, then drizzle olive oil over the top. Toss the salad well. Arrange thin slices of melon on the top, place rolled cones of ham at the sides, and add melon balls.
