Charter flights boost tourism over New Year During the New Year’s holidays, Air Serbia organised charter flights from Serbia to four Italian cities, Cagliari, Bari, Palermo and Naples, as well as Malta. Several hundred tourists flew to Serbia on the return flights in order to welcome the arrival of 2018 in Belgrade, leading to over a thousand overnight hotel stays in the capital. New Year’s trips were organised in cooperation with the tour operators EuroJet and Big Blue. We paid attention to all the little details when organising these charter flights. All the flights to and from Italy had at least one crew member who spoke Italian, in order to avoid language barriers and provide the guests better comfort when flying with the Serbian national airline. We received plenty of praise from passengers and both tour operators, showing that Air Serbia has once again done a great job and provided an exceptional service. prevoz turista u Kaljari, Bari, Palermo, Napulj i Maltu. Novogodišnja putovanja realizovana su u saradnji sa beogradskim turoperatorima EuroJet i Big Blue. Prilikom organizacije čarter-letova vodilo se računa o svim detaljima. Na letovima ka italijanskim destinacijama i iz njih barem jedan član posade je govorio italijanski jezik kako bi se izbegle jezičke barijere i da bi naši gosti imali potpuni ugođaj letenja srpskom nacionalnom avio-kompanijom. Od putnika i turoperatora dobili smo brojne pohvale, što nas uverava da je Er Srbija još jednom odlično obavila svoj posao i pružila izvanrednu uslugu.

Naysmith brings more than 12 years of senior airline management experience to the carrier. Consistent with the com- pany’s leadership transition plan, Mr Naysmith assumed full management responsibilities effective immediate- ly, following the handover period in place until Mr Kondić left.
Kondić would step down after four and a half years as Chief Executive Of- ficer. Duncan Naysmith, who was the airline’s Chief Financial and Business Transformation Officer, has been ap- pointed as Chief Executive Officer. Mr
