It is also called the roof of Ser- bia because Midžor, its highest peak (2,169m/ asl), simultaneously represents one of the highest points in our country. There is also the Babin Zub Ski Centre, with excellent slopes, including ones for those who have yet to perfect their skills on skis. Fans of extreme sports can take advantage of the trail for off-piste skiing, where they can experience Balkan Mountain’s fairytale landscapes. While taking a break between descents in one of the many restaurants, visitors can warm up with mulled wine or hot brandy, as well as the ob- ligatory Belmuž - an Eastern Serbian speciali - ty made from cheese and corn flour.
