The white and gold colouring of 1,096 palm tree-shaped pillars symbolises riv- ers of milk and honey flowing in the other world. The magic is comple- mented with 82 domes in seven dif- ferent sizes, which are designed in the Moroccan style, with four min- arets which contain offices and the largest library, as well as pools that reflect the columns of gold pillars. At the main entrance is another marble mosaic of flowers designed by British artist and designer Kevin Dean, who was tasked with unify- ing the four corners of the Islam- ic world in a universal religious im- age. In front of the main hall, again in the shape of a flower, a unique clock shows the times for the five daily prayers, which are changed and calculated every day, and the time of sunrise, on which everything depends. In the centre of the clock the date according to the Gregori- an calendar is displayed, but also as calculated according to the Islamic calendar.
