DA LI JE BEZBEDNO PREVOZITI ŽIVOTINJE AVIONOM? IS IT SAFE TO TRANSPORT ANIMALS BY PLANE? P T

Primenjuju se pravila za prevoz prtljaga, sigurnosna pravila, veoma stroga sanitarna i veterinarska pravila, ali i kulturna pravila pojedinih regiona. Da li je moguće prevoziti ljubimce u bagažnom delu zavisi pre svega od avio-kompanije, koje o prevozu životinja odlučuju samostalno poštujući doma- će i strane zakone. Da li će neka avio-kompanija prevoziti ži- votinje zavisi i od njenih tehničkih mogućnosti (tipova aviona i njihovih karakteristika), kao i od poslovne politike. Ukoliko je to moguće u odnosu na prethodno navedeno, pi- lot ima obavezu da bude obavešten o tome da se u bagažnom delu nalazi putnik i dužnost da se o tom putniku potpuno jed- nako stara kao i svim ostalim putnicima. Dužni smo da obez- bedimo sve uslove za bezbedan i siguran prevoz ljubimaca i ži- votinja uopšte, dakle, u delu aviona u kom se prevoze mora da bude vazduha, pritisak se reguliše, baš kao i temperatura, koja je uglavnom od 15 do 20 stepeni. Životinje moraju biti smeštene u posebnim, za to namenje- nim kavezima koje obezbeđuju vlasnici, osim ako se ne radi o manjim životinjama. U tom slučaju, ako životinja s propisanim transporterom teži do osam kilograma, može da se preveze u putničkoj kabini sa svojim vlasnikom. To je opcija koju svi vla- snici uvek više vole jer je svima stresno da ne znaju šta im se tačno događa s ljubimcem. Nema razloga za brigu, prevoz je siguran, ljubimci obezbe- đeni i do sada nismo imali nikakvih problema s tim u vezi. Za- to ne brinite i slobodno letite Er Srbijom .
he transportation of animals by air is subject to extremely strict regulations. Rules are applied for transporting luggage, as well as safety rules, very strict sanitary and veterinary rules, but also the cultural rules of specific regions. The possibility of flying pets depends primarily on the airline, which decides whether or not to transport animals by following domestic regulations and international laws. Whether an airline will transport animals also depends on its technical capabilities (types of aircraft and their characteristics) and its operational policy. Provided that it is possible, the pilot must be informed that the baggage section has a “passenger” and is duty-bound to provide the same level of care for that passenger as all others. We are obliged to ensure that all the conditions are met to transport animals and pets safely and securely, so the section of the plane in which they are transported has breathable air, regulated pressure and a regulated temperature, which usually ranges from 15 to 20 degrees. Animals must be placed in carrier cages designed specifically for this purpose, which are provided by the owners, unless they are smaller animals. In this case, an animal weighing up to eight kilograms can be flown in the passenger cabin in an approved carrier, with their owner. Most owners prefer this option because not knowing exactly what’s happening with their pet can be stressful. There is no cause for concern, transportation is safe, pets are secure and to date we haven’t had any problems linked to this area. So, don’t worry and feel free to fly with Air Serbia.
