VODIMO VAS U BUGARSKU WE’RE TAKING YOU TO BULGARIA

It might seem that Bulgaria is a country that should be visited in the summer, due to all the charms of the Black Sea, but don’t be fooled. This country is at least equally enticing during winter, with its world-famous ski centres, like Bansko or Borovec. The central part of Bulgaria extends towards Stara Planina, the massif bet- ter known as the Balkan Mountains, after which the en- tire region is named. So, Bulgaria’s a great choice for lovers of skiing, but it’s also perfect for those who prefer spending their holiday relaxing. Like at the spa centres, which are also located in the mountains. While your friends freeze on the hills, you can dive into warm, often natural pools of healing waters. At the end of the day, whether it’s turbulent or tranquil, you will not be left hungry, because the Bul- garians are famous for their gourmet cuisine and their cooked brandy, which can exorcise any winter from you. This country, the only one not to have changed its name since its founding (681AD), is filled with many surprises, galleries and museums, and is also known for its roses. Don’t miss out on smelling the famous Bulgarian rose, whose intoxicating scent is hidden in many perfumes. And if all of the aforementioned doesn’t give you reason enough to travel to Sofia in February, you should know that in Bulgaria, just like in Serbia, 14 th February marks the day of Saint Tryphun, the patron saint of wine. The top nectar of the gods, produced here from the times of old Trachan, is still made and sampled in these parts. You can celebrate wine or love, whichever you like, they go together excellently...
