Uz one koje nisu, nalaze se ribarska sela kroz koja protrčavaju deca, prasići i kokoške i gde lokalci jedva čekaju da ća- skaju s turistima. There are some many heavenly beaches with palm trees and golden sand on Príncipe that many of them are completely deserted. Most restaurants have their own fishermen and menus containing the morning’s catch – octopus, cuttlefish and various types of fish. Seafood is served grilled, alongside fried banana. For dessert are the fruits that grow everywhere – apart from bananas, of which there are seven varieties, pine- apple, mango and papaya are the most exotic fruits on these islands.

In a country that was once among the biggest export- ers of these two crops, today you can drink top quality coffee just a metre away from the branch where it was harvested and sample raw cocoa, all the while visiting the plantations and magnificent haciendas of the Portuguese Bosses.
