Seeing things at sea level is OK for some, but if you really want a view, visit Pleasant Creek Ranch in Mt. Pleasant, Utah, and observe the beautiful surroundings at 6,000 feet in elevation. Nestled in the shadows of the beautiful Manti-LaSal National Forest, visitors can take advantage of all the area offers including hiking, mountain biking, and mountain lake fishing. If you love picturesque drives, the Wasatch Plateau area of the national forest, where the park is situated, offers scenic drives through the Huntington and Eccles Canyons National Scenic Byways—also known as the Energy Loop. These forest byways wind over the plateau from 5,000 to 11,000 feet. The park sits directly on the border of the Manti-LaSal mountain range, offering a peaceful setting where you can often see wildlife wandering through the park. And because of its ideal location you will love the ability to ride your ATVs right out of the park, travel along country roads, and

right up to hundreds of miles of groomed trails. Right from the campground you can access Skyline Drive, which has several high- elevation lakes and streams

that feature excellent fishing. The nearby Arapeen Off-Highway Vehicle (OHV) Trail System is popular with ATV enthusiasts. For those who love the small-town feel, Mount Pleasant is the place for you. It was established around 1852 by Mormon settlers and today boats a thriving population of approximately of 3,300. During the summer, stop by the many farmers markets for the best local produce. And for those who just want to hang out at the campground, the park features a heated swimming pool, clubhouse, and country store.
