What I did: Handled service calls for customers at school districts related to issues in the Skyward software. What I liked: Fun atmosphere, in-depth training to familiarize myself with software, good feeling when helping customers. Future Dream Job: I am still undecided. Skyward is a great place to work so I’ll see as I continue to work for them throughout my time at UWSP.
