What I did: •
Filter phone calls and answer text messages
• Adjust Mortgagee Clauses and take bill payments • Work State Farm sponsored events and plan upcoming sponsored events • Visit businesses and drop off brochures • Build partner directory table • Email requested documents and mail out proper documents • Develop declaration pages • Take pictures for socials • Adjust customer information in database • Cold call strangers and customers • Sell insurance quotes • Gather auto body shop partnerships, apartment partnerships, small business partnerships • Advertise insurance seminars • Making notes of interactions in system • Return event opportunity calls • Advise customers on claim decisions • Update customers on policy changes • Look at billing statements to explain changes to customers What I liked: I liked the fact that I got experience in a lot of different areas. Due to an unexpected employee leaving it allowed me to not only help on the marketing side of things but also got to do a lot of customer service type things. I learned a ton about dealing with customers and sending out professional emails which will help out a lot. Future Dream Job: Is this my future dream job, no. I would still much rather be a full-time hunter.
