24-Hour Nursing and Clinical Care
The Assisted Living Unit (ALU) bridges care between community- based living and the structured environment of a nursing home. It upholds residents’ dignity and quality of life by fostering self-reliance and independence, while providing 24-hour supervision and medical assistance.
Lions Home provides round-the- clock nursing and clinical care through a dedicated team of experienced healthcare professionals and care staff, ensuring a continuum of quality care and support for our residents. General practitioners conduct medical consultations three times weekly, supported by geriatricians, psychiatrists and psychogeriatricians who provide specialised care for residents’ physical and mental well-being.
1 Dementia Management and Care
Located at Lions Home Bishan, the Senior Care Centre is an integrated facility offering dementia day care, maintenance day care, social activities, rehabilitation, and centre-based nursing. Rehabilitation programmes focus on enhancing physical mobility, while regular group activities encourage social engagement.
Our dementia ward is purpose-built to support residents at various stages of dementia. Specially trained allied health professionals and care staff develop programmes tailored to each resident’s specific care needs, helping them adapt meaningfully to life with dementia.
