A s the success of PCSG grew, so did Jasmine’s vision. Currently, she is working on transitioning the online learning platform into a company called Studucate Inc. However, she admits that this evolution has already presented its own set of challenges. “Not only did the management team have to understand business and financial management, requiring us to enroll in business courses and seek mentorship, but the transition also required formal training for our student-teachers, soon to be known as ‘studucators’, to enhance their tutoring skills,” said Jasmine. She also shared that Studucate Inc. is not merely a transition but a leap into the future of education. The company is actively exploring innovative approaches, with a notable focus on artificial intelligence (AI). “We are working on AI that uses the CXC syllabus for a better and more efficient experience for both tutors and students. We are currently in ongoing discussions with CXC to explore an endorsement for the distribution of AI tailored to the CXC syllabus. This collaboration aims to position Studucate Inc. as a premier student-experience company not only in the Caribbean but globally,” Jasmine revealed.

The student-entrepreneur also expressed her commitment to keeping the platform at the forefront of educational advancements, constantly researching and exploring new technologies that can enhance the learning and studying experience. Currently, success at PCSG transcends grades. With a 100% pass rate and exceptional performance in various subjects, the metrics used showcase the positive impact of this transition, a trend Jasmine believes will continue with Studucate Inc. While the transition from PCSG to Studucate Inc. is gradual, Jasmine is keen on being strategic.
