Roasted Chickpeas Makes 4 to 6 servings HEALTHYRECIPE BYAMANDAKILDUFF

6 Ingredients • 2 (15-ounce) cans chickpeas, also known as garbanzo beans, thoroughly drained and rinsed (about 3 cups) • 2 tablespoons canola oil

• 1 teaspoon ground cumin • 1 teaspoon chili powder • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Directions Heat the oven to 400°F and arrange a rack in the middle. Place the chickpeas in a large bowl and toss with the remaining ingredients until evenly coated. Spread the chickpeas in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet and bake until crisp, about 40 minutes. Make sure to mix chickpeas every 10 minutes in oven to prevent burning.
