Season Handbook 2025 | 1
FROM FOUNDING TO FUTURE In October 1973, Frenchman’s Creek, Ltd. developer Karl Landell acquired 1,440 acres of pristine Florida land with a bold vision: to create a world-class community featuring homes, golf, a marina, and spaces that foster connection. Work began quickly, and within just a few years, two golf courses and a 163-slip marina became the cornerstone of the vibrant community to come. By 1976, the MacArthur Foundation acquired the property, and in 1985, Haft-Gaines Associates took ownership, setting the stage for what would become the Frenchman’s Creek we know and cherish today. Homes began rising along Verde, Rivoli, and LeHavre, and in 1991, the proud moment of turnover gave our membership full ownership of the Club and its facilities, including our Beach Club, which had been opened in 1988, ensuring that members would forever enjoy the unparalleled combination of a country club and a seaside retreat. Since then, Frenchman’s Creek has continued to evolve, always balancing respect for its storied past with an eye toward the future. Today, we stand at another transformative moment in our community’s history. The new Frenchman’s Creek Clubhouse is a symbol of innovation, progress, and belonging, where we will be positioned to deliver industry-leading hospitality for decades to come. This state-of-the-art building features advanced infrastructure and cutting-edge technology, creating a seamless experience for members and

staff alike. From enhanced dining to versatile spaces for social and cultural gatherings, every detail of the new Clubhouse has been thoughtfully designed to elevate the lifestyle our community treasures. But the transformation does not end with the Clubhouse. Improvements across the community— from modernized services to new digital platforms—further strengthen our commitment to excellence. Just as our founders built Frenchman’s Creek with vision and determination, we carry forward that legacy, ensuring that future generations enjoy a community as vibrant, welcoming, and innovative as the one first imagined in 1973. Together, we celebrate our history, honor our journey, and embrace this new chapter in which we will continue to cultivate an exceptional and effortless lifestyle community. The future of Frenchman’s Creek is here—one that reflects our heritage, elevates our present, and inspires the generations to come. OUR VISION: To cultivate an exceptional an effortless lifestyle community. OUR MISSION: To curate unmatched access to outstanding facilities, expansive amenities, and industry-leading hospitality.

Season Handbook 2025 | 3
Dear Members,
MILES TUCKER COO & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
There’s no doubt in my mind that this season will be one of the most exciting in Frenchman’s Creek history! In addition to opening our stunning new Clubhouse, we will unveil the refreshed Fitness Center, start work on the new Operations Center, convert the POA into a Real Estate Office, finalize plans for, and start to build, Phase 1 of the Golf Facilities Master Plan, and complete the existing Racquet Sports Master Plan. All eyes are on the new Clubhouse and, while at the time of writing we do not have a firm move-in date, we will keep you updated on the opening through construction videos, presentations at Board meetings, and via the monthly newsletter and daily emails. As timelines become more definitive, we will be sure to share information with you. In the meantime, I wanted to outline our plan for the phased opening that we will be implementing as soon as we receive the green light to occupy the building. The lower level of the Clubhouse will be opened first. This is where you will find our buffet restaurant - Greenside, along with the men’s and ladies’ card rooms and locker rooms, The Golf Shop, The Racquet Shop, and the POA. The production kitchen, administration, and employee areas are also found on the lower level. We will need to move all staff out of temporary operations and into the Clubhouse before we can start serving members and start the process of decommissioning

temporary facilities, before then finishing out the pickleball courts and parking lots.

Once we have opened the lower level of the Clubhouse, our attention will turn to the upper floor, where the original hope was to have three- week windows for the opening of each restaurant (to provide adequate time for set up, training, and soft openings to be completed prior to members enjoying service in each space). It is possible we might need to compress those windows, and Daniel and I are currently collaborating on plans to accomplish these openings in a shortened timeframe, if necessary. The first venue to open on the upper level will be The Sports Bar, which we expect to be our most popular venue during the season. Along with Derrick Connor, Executive Chef, and Jimmy Hernandez, Director of Food & Beverage, Daniel and I will be working closely with the entire Clubhouse team to ensure that the quality of food and service matches the superb ambiance of the
physical space. In addition to a vastly improved member experience, thanks to the work completed by Bill Schmit and his team over the summer to replace and relocate the pumphouse, diners in the Sports Bar will now be able enjoy previously unseen views of Frenchman’s Creek and the South Course. Additionally, when the 9th Hole of the South Course is remodeled next summer, including the potential construction of an event lawn between the Clubhouse and the new 9 South, members will be able to enjoy significantly improved aesthetics and functionality in that area of the community for decades to come. While members are enjoying the new Sports Bar, we will be training staff in Alchemy and Opus, our upscale food and beverage venues. We will then move on to preparing the banquet areas for

service, where we have committed to hosting Jupiter Medical Center Day on December 17. Please rest assured that we will open each venue as quickly as we possibly can, and that we will be ready to have all venues open by the start of the Holiday Season. Needless to say, your feedback about the new Clubhouse and club operations in our first season will be critical to ensuring that we continually evolve and improve the member experience in our new surrounds. To that end, we will be actively soliciting feedback at the Concierge Desk (and in all areas of the Clubhouse) from members. That feedback will be collected for the first 90 to 120 days before being summarized and presented to the House Committee for review. Once reviewed
by the Committee, any suggested changes will then be discussed with the Finance Committee before being presented to the Board. While we are all focused on delivering the highest possible standards of hospitality and service from day one in the new facilities, there will inevitably be things the community wants to tweak or change, and we anticipate making those adjustments after all of the suggestions made have been carefully vetted, and any associated costs, be they operational or capital, have been accounted for in the community’s budgets. On a personal note, as much as I have enjoyed living in a trailer at the back of the driving range with Bernie and Brad, I cannot express how excited I am to be able to spend more time interacting with
Frenchman’s Creek | 6
members and staff in our beautiful new home. Off with the work boots (for now) and on with the dress shoes! One of the hardest things during my first three and a half years here has been the challenge of overseeing and developing the team while we have been spread out in a menagerie of trailers and tents throughout the campus and across two municipalities. Between my location and the multitude of planning, project management and hiring activities that we have had to maneuver through, my time in operations has been more limited than I would have liked, and that is something I am looking forward to changing this season. Thanks to the work of many, our strategic plan is complete, my management team is stronger than ever, and the new Clubhouse is built. I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your patience while all of this was still very much a work in progress, and also to express my sincere commitment to not just open the new Clubhouse - but also to work with my team to always provide a meaningful and consistent leadership presence. On that note, I want to share an operational initiative that will go into effect on the day we move in, which is the launch of an Executive Manager-on-Duty program to ensure that either I or a member of the Executive Team will be immediately accessible to members seven days a week between the hours of 8:00am and 8:00pm. Daniel and I will take the majority of shifts, with the remaining shifts being assigned to other members of my team. This will provide members with a meaningful senior management presence
at this critical time in the club’s history, while also giving you a chance to get to know some of the less well-known members of my team. No contemplation of any season would be complete without discussing the Beach Club, where Cindy will be working to identify a strong assistant manager who she can work with to develop facility enhancement plans for next summer, and beyond. The goal will be to make improvements to the pool area next summer, and also to improve the quality of service and control of the facility during the off-season. In the meantime, informed by the findings of the member survey that was completed at the beginning of the summer, Chef Derrick will be working with Chef Rico and the team to develop new menus which reflect the desire to have a Mediterranean- themed fish and seafood restaurant at the beach. In addition, as the season gets started, we will continue to lean into the Beach Club for activities and events, including several Cabarets, Lobster Nights, and special occasions. Before signing off, I want to re-state my appreciation for your patience over the past several years. Some of our members have not been able to enjoy the use of a fully-functioning Clubhouse for over six years, and we recognize that operating out of temporary facilities has resulted in a diminished capacity to provide the amenities and services that are expected in our community. With our upcoming move into one of the best Clubhouses anywhere that will soon become a distant memory, and it truly warms my heart to think of all the memories that we will build together in our new home.
Season Handbook 2025 | 7
VISION To cultivate an exceptional and effortless lifestyle community. MISSION To curate unmatched access to outstanding facilities, expansive amenities, and industry-leading hospitality.
I want to thank my management team and the staff for working tirelessly to get us where we are now… ready to put temporary operations behind us, unveil the new Clubhouse, and deliver on our commitment to provide industry-leading hospitality. I cannot wait to welcome you in to our new Clubhouse, and, in partnership with the Board, our committees, managers, and staff, to working through what promises to be an incredibly exciting and historic season.
With excitement I remain, yours sincerely,
Miles Tucker COO & Executive Director

FEEDBACK FORMS As part of our ongoing commitment to creating a
feedback-rich environment, we are pleased to provide convenient opportunities for you to share your thoughts and experiences. Feedback forms will be available at Concierge Desk, the POA office, all dining outlets, and through our administrative teams. Whether you prefer paper or digital, our team members will be delighted to provide you with a form and assist you in sharing your valuable feedback. Your input helps us continuously enhance the member experience. The feedback that our teams collect for the first 90 to 120 days in the building will help shape our operations moving forward.

Dear Members,
DANIEL LOW ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
As we prepare for what promises to be one of the most exciting seasons in Frenchman’s Creek history, I would like to share some important updates with you. We have a full lineup of entertainment planned, beginning in January, to ensure that all our events are supported by the new Clubhouse facilities. This deliberate timing allows us to give ourselves the runway needed to deliver these events with the level of quality and care that you deserve. I have been working closely with Hewen and the housekeeping team in preparation for the move into the new Clubhouse. The scope of work ahead is significant and requires careful planning. We are assigning responsibilities and establishing rotational cleaning schedules to ensure that all areas are consistently maintained. By putting these protocols in place now, the staff will be fully prepared to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness once we are in the building. This preparation will ensure that from day one, the Clubhouse is presented to the very highest standards. This summer, when the J-1 International program was unexpectedly put on hold by the government, we took the opportunity to further invest in our local team. They have done an outstanding job managing summer operations and are now well prepared to transition us into the new Clubhouse. Together, the team hosted a wonderful series of summer socials, from Year-Rounders Happy Hours and themed Wednesday dinners to memorable

holiday celebrations, such as Labor Day at the Beach Club. We have also continued refining our teams, placing the right people in the right seats. Our Concierge Team has elevated service, our Housekeeping Team has raised standards across the board, and we are thrilled to welcome our new Director of Fitness, Spa and Aquatics, Jessica Cochran, who will help guide the next chapter of Fitness and Spa service at Frenchman’s Creek. With Greenside as the first dining venue opening in the new Clubhouse, we look forward to once again being able to gather as a community. Greenside will become the heart of our mornings, restoring a sense of togetherness that has been deeply missed during construction.
opportunities to connect. The calendar will begin with a measured ramp-up in early December and quickly build momentum through the holidays and into the new year. Between welcoming friends and family eager to see the new Clubhouse, and enjoying the entertainment and events planned, this season will no doubt be one to remember. My team is working diligently to provide the best possible member experience, and soon we will have a facility to match the service and community spirit that define Frenchman’s Creek. We thank you for your continued support and look forward to celebrating this exciting new chapter together.
Warm regards,
This season will be filled with activities and

Dear Members,
BEACH CLUB
We are looking forward to welcoming everyone home for the 2025-26 season! In addition to the excitement and anticipation of opening the beautiful, brand-new Clubhouse, we have been busy working to usher in a new season at The Beach Club and improving the facilities so everything is pristine for your return. When you first approach the exterior of The Beach Club, you will notice new signage welcoming you. The Engineering team has been working diligently painting and fixing the entire facility, to ensure it looks and functions like new inside and out. It is a joy to share that we have added new furniture in the dining area to provide a cleaner and fresher look. I hope you will all like the selected furniture pieces that truly set the tone of our coastal oasis here at The Beach Club. I am delighted to share that we are adding new chair cushions outside in the beautiful new “Frenchman’s Blue” color. These will appear in the dining area as well as by the pool on the lounge chairs. New umbrellas and stands will complete the new look. The beach itself is also getting new modern lounge chairs, umbrellas and side tables, and I am confident every member will enjoy the new set up.
