Before filming the video

HOME STAGING:

The main objective of this technique is to give priority to space, to eliminate everything that can visually hinder the perception of the future purchaser

Your video should preferably be made on a bright, sunny day

Decorative items that are too personal or large should be removed

Lighting in interior rooms and especially bathrooms and kitchen should all be on

It is advisable to put your phone in airplane mode, to not be disturbed

The video must be as neutral as possible, without the participation of your entourage

Filming starts from the outside or from the entrance if there is no garden/terrace

The cellar does not need to be shown, unless it is furnished (wine cellar, gym..)

If you have a villa, stand well back from it to do a panoramic view of the facade from left to right and do the same of the garden and the view
