Determine which Code of Conduct or standards you want to use to engage your supply chain. You may want to adopt their industry association (e.g. for us, Promotional Products Association International has a Supplier Code of Conduct for distributors and suppliers to use). Many universities adopt the Fair Labor Association and some companies use the B Corp Assessment Tool or Green America Green Business Certifi - cation to guide their efforts.
