A Transport Statement was prepared to justify parking numbers in line with projected demand. Preliminary designs for highway works were prepared by Robert West for infrastructure upgrades including remodeling of the Temple Way/ Wood Lane junction, widening of Wood Lane highway, a new footway/ cycleway on Wood Lane north and a new Toucan crossing on Temple Way.
