While this is a naturally compact variety the following chemicals could be used. Bonzi ® spray at 15 ppm using multiple applications, or Sumagic ® spray at 5–10 ppm, or Bonzi ® drench at 2–3 ppm but stop applications at visible buds.

When grown under high light and cool temperatures, PGRs are not necessary. If moderate control is needed spray a tank mix of B-Nine ® WSG (daminozide) at 2,500 ppm and Altercel ™ (chlormequat chloride) at 1,000 ppm. For a more aggressive control, sprays of Bonzi ® (paclobutrazol) at 15 ppm can be used.

Botrytis
A combination spray of B-Nine ® WSG at 2,500 ppm and Altercel ™ at 800 ppm two weeks after transplant is highly effective for reducing height and producing a compact, well-branched plant. In warmer conditions, a second application is beneficial.
