ANTARCTIC WILDLIFE
Although Antarctica may seem inhospitable for humans with its extreme weather, many animals find it to be a haven that they are perfectly adapted to survive in and even to thrive in. Antarctica has an abundance of rich and diverse wildlife, which makes it one of the most pristine and wild places to visit on earth. With penguins, sea birds, seals and whales living side by side, you're likely to see certain breeds on certain voyages. As the animal life are dependent on the sea and are mainly warm blooded, they tend to be fairly large as a survival technique against the extreme and relentless cold. Antarctic expeditions can get you close to the animals, on land or in the sea.
