Key business relationships: Internal: Managing Director, Board of Management, Commercial and Sales Teams, Strategic Land, Solicitor External: Chief Executives, Planning Directors and Officers, Members of the community – Ward, members/Local Objectors/ Supporters, Land Agents, Vendors, Architects, Solicitors, Press, NHBC. What are the measures of success for the position?

• Acquisition of suitable land on favourable terms, in line with the business strategy. • Successful planning applications, delivered on time, and driving best value. • Development of strong relationships with key contacts both internal and external. • Building a strong and high performing Land & Planning team. Experience, Qualifications, Technical Requirements, Education Relevant experience gained as a Senior Manager or Director of a house building business. Detailed knowledge of the land acquisition process, relevant legislation, geographical area of business and its key contacts e.g. Agents, Vendors, Planners.

The role involves travel which requires a full driving licence.
