If ordering by phone: Call our toll free order line at (877) 734-9966. Our hours of business are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday. We are open for extended business hours during the Mardi Gras season. Please check our website for updates on extended business hours. If ordering by fax: Send to (504) 734-9929. Please include your complete shipping and payment information as well as your daytime telephone number should the need arise to contact you about your order. Please have your credit card information available when calling to place your order. This includes credit card number, expiration date, name as it appears on the card, the billing address and the three or four digit security code. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card. We also accept Certified Checks, Cashiers’ Checks, and Money Orders. Orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express Ground Service (Fedex). Next-day, second-day, and 3-day expedited shipping is available. Handling Charges: An additional charge of $4.00 is added to each order to cover the cost of handling and packaging materials. Shipment Processing: Please allow 1-2 BUSINESS days for your order to be processed. During the peak months of January and February processing time may increase to 3-6 business days. Transit times for normal ground service range from 1-7 business days after your order is processed. Returned Merchandise: In the event that you need to return merchandise, please call and request an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. We must be notified of your desire to return merchandise within 10 days of your receipt of your order. All returned orders will be charged a 20% restocking fee. We are not able to refund shipping charges. Sales Tax: We are required by law to collect state sales tax on all shipments within the states of Louisiana and Florida.
