Whiskey and Slider Tasting Enjoy this classic pairing with your friends or coworkers. Our bar manager will dive into how to pair different styles of whiskey with your favorite foods. Highlighting what we’re known for best, we’ll provide three different sliders and explain our pairing choices. Cheers! Pickling Class: The Art of the Pickle While you snack on fried pickles & a chef’s board, our chef will discuss the nuances of product choice, seasoning, brining & methodology. Each member of the class will have the opportunity to prepare & take home a 16oz mason jar with their choice of pickle.

Charcuterie Kits Sip on sangria while our Chef explains how to build a traditional Spanish charcuterie board. It includes three meats and three cheeses and all of the accompaniments that you could ever want. Pricing includes a charcuterie board for each of your guests to take home!

Want to learn how to make the famous Fish House Punch? The recipe has remained unchanged for practically 200 years! Snack on mini seafood rolls while we explain the history of this cocktail and how you can prepare it at home. Lobster Roll Demo Learn the steps of cooking our classic and delicious lobster roll. Our Chef will demonstrate how to break down a lobster and how to make the perfect beurre monte, creating this restaurant favorite. We then provide all the ingredients to each guest to make their very own mini lobster roll paired with a glass of white wine.
