PepsiCo is dedicated to engaging, developing, and promoting women within the organization. In 2021, the Global IT group created a mentoring program for women, pairing IT Senior Directors with VP mentors – both male and female – to help them understand how to maximize opportunities in their STEM careers. Its global Transformational Leadership Program is designed to elevate business impact and build a strong network of women leaders. Since launching in 2015, more than 850 women have participated. Additionally, the corporation’s benefits and policies support women through every phase of their lives – whether they are “on the clock” or not – with flexibility programs, training, and other initiatives. At PepsiCo, it is important that women are at the table when making the most important decisions about business strategy and goals – which is reflected in the fact that 21% of its Board of Directors and 37% of its Executives are women. Other organizations have taken note. Seramount named PepsiCo one of the Top 75 Companies for Executive Women, AnitaB.org named it a Top Company for Women Technologists and Parity.org said it is one of the Best Companies for Women to Advance. PepsiCo is honored to be recognized by an organization as meaningful and influential as the Executive Women’s Forum and is excited to continue attracting top-notch female talent to the organization.
