Shelley Benoliel is the Head of Physical Security & Business Resilience at Zoom with 25 years of experience in law enforcement and global security. Benoliel created Zoom’s global security and business resilience programs enabling the business to manage risk and operate safely in emerging markets. She has close to 10 years of experience in the private
sector, where prior to Zoom, she held global security and safety leadership roles at multinational companies such as Netflix, UPS and IBM. Before entering the private sector, Shelley spent 13 years as a U.S Diplomat/Special Agent with the U.S. Department of State’s Diplomatic Security Service (DSS) where she served multiple worldwide assignments. Prior to DSS, she served as a Special Agent with the State of Missouri’s Department of Revenue, Criminal Investigative Bureau. In her free time, Shelley enjoys riding motorcycles, appreciative of the opportunity it allows her to fully disengage from work and recharge while enjoying the great outdoors. Shelley has also produced a large collection of abstract artwork and loves cooking recipes she’s collected from around the world.
